I honestly cannot say enough good things about Lightning Car Transport. We had never used a car transporting service before or dealt with the overwhelming amount of brokers that will lowball a quote or try to over charge you. But these guys were so fair in their pricing and so easy to talk to and work with that they actually made this experience manageable. We had to transport my daughter’s car from Chicago to North Carolina under a very tight pick up and drop off schedule. Justin was incredible!!! He made sure he got us a driver willing to do both and when the driver switched up his pick up time last minute, Justin stepped in and got us a new driver in a couple of hours. He picked up the phone whenever I called, answered my 100 questions and made sure to get me answers when he wasn’t certain off hand. These guys are honest, reliable, friendly and respectful. Fully recommend!

I was really worried bout using a car transport service. I had a great experience with one years ago but unfortunately lost their information. So when it was time to search for a new transport company I was worried because of the terrible reviews a lot of them have. However I noticed Lightnings reviews were pretty good so I decided to give it a shot. I spoke with Micheal and Tyler who were both on top of it, gave me a great breakdown on how it works, and made me feel confident in their service. I had some changes come up with my schedule but they were accommodating and helped make the transport work with my updates which I know isn’t easy to do so I really appreciated their flexibility. They assigned a driver who was awesome as well. They along with the driver all kept me posted during the transport on ETAs, delays (nothing major), etc and it was great. I did the plan where I pay the first half and then pay the rest once the driver arrives. The car/ my stuff in the car came in once peace. These days it’s hard to trust a lot of services more than ever. And sometimes a service has a lot of great reviews but the reviews aren’t true. I hardly put in reviews but I can confidently say Lightening is your best bet on transporting your car and they are truly great. Thank you Michael and Tyler for your help. Thank you to Octavian the driver as well. Really appreciate you guys.
